VENDOR LOAD-IN INFORMATION

To load-in you will need to pick up your exhibitor credentials at a table located inside the vendor load in doors.

If a final payment is due, all final payments are to be made in CASH ONLY. Please make sure to have exact balance due as no change will be given.

Vendor Load In

8/30: 1pm – 8pm

8/31: 8am – 9am

9/1: 8am – 9am

Show Floor Hours

8/31: 9am – 4pm VIP, GA – 10am – 4pm

9/1: 9am -2 pm VIP – GA 10am – 2pm

Vendor Load Out

9/1 : 2:30pm – 8pm (No Early Load Out – Hall Must Be Clear of Attendees)

Vendor Load-In

Here is a map for the load in and out.

Gate should automatically open for any boxed trucks or semi-trucks. There is a sensor on the gate.
From International Drive turn left onto Samoan CT
Proceed to the employee and hotel delivery entrance and follow the map.
Vendor parking is not provided. You will need to park in the convention center/hotel parking once unloaded.
No vehicles can be left unattended in loading area. Unattended vehicles are subject to tow.
